Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account > Billing or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the current billing period ends.
Can I use the site for free?
Yes. Visitors get limited daily preview credits, and free accounts get daily credits for quizzes and games.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly until canceled.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Use Account > Billing > Change plan. Stripe shows plan changes and any billing adjustment before confirmation.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Cancellation stops future paid-plan refills after the paid period. Credits currently shown in Account > Credits remain governed by the normal credit rules; free daily credits continue after cancellation.
Can I keep using free quizzes and games after canceling?
Yes. Once paid access ends, the account returns to the free daily-credit experience.
How does billing work for monthly and yearly plans?
Monthly bills once per month; yearly bills once per year. Both renew automatically until canceled.
Can I transfer or change a Duo member email during my subscription?
Duo member email changes are not self-serve right now. If you need help transferring or changing the second member email, send a request to calebmerridan@gmail.com.
