These terms apply to the public articles, guides, newsletter archive, quizzes, games, and other educational resources on Intimate Relationships.

Free public access

Public quizzes, games, result reports, articles, and guides are currently available without an account, credit purchase, subscription, or paid unlock. The site may change its business model in the future, but accounts or payments will not restart automatically and any new terms will be disclosed before they apply.

Personal use

You may read, print, and save public pages for personal, non-commercial use. The browser print dialog may be used to save an article as a PDF.

You may not:

  • republish, resell, scrape in bulk, or redistribute substantial portions of the site;
  • remove attribution, manipulate content into a misleading endorsement, or impersonate the author;
  • use automated access in a way that harms availability, security, or other visitors;
  • use the content to create or sell a confusingly similar competing publication or automated content product.

Local activity

Local quiz and game history is optional and stored only in the current browser. You are responsible for clearing or protecting data on a shared device. Historical account data from the paused system is not automatically copied into local history.

No professional relationship

Using this website does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. Contact qualified local professionals or emergency services when a situation requires professional or urgent support.

Prior purchases and subscriptions

Historical purchase and account records remain subject to the terms shown when the transaction occurred and applicable law. Existing subscribers can use subscription management to reach the secure billing portal. If you believe a prior charge, subscription, download, or unsubscribe request still requires attention, contact contact@calebmerridan.com. The public site does not currently accept new purchases or subscriptions.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use after a posted update means the revised terms apply to future use.
